Yes! We offer three convenient Balloon decor delivery options:

• Full-Service Delivery + Pickup: Delivery, on-site setup, and takedown for your Balloon decor.

• Drop & Go: Delivery only, with your Balloon decor pre-assembled and ready to use.

• Grab & Go: Pre-built Balloon decor designs picked up from our Ivanhoe, TX location.

We provide Balloon decor delivery to Bonham, Sherman, Paris, Durant, Melissa, and Commerce, as well as Fannin, Grayson, Lamar, Bryan, Collin, and Hunt counties. Delivery fees and minimum order amounts vary by distance — see our Delivery & Setup page for full details.

Setup times vary based on the size and complexity of your order. Smaller Balloon Decor installs can take 30–60 minutes, while large or multi-area Balloon Decor setups may take 2–4 hours. Takedown is typically faster, averaging 30–90 minutes. See examples of large balloon installations here.

We recommend booking Balloon Decor as early as possible since event setup dates and times are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Our calendar can fill quickly, especially during busy seasons. Orders placed less than one week before your event may be subject to a rush fee to cover expedited supplies, schedule adjustments, and extra staffing. Indoors, balloon decor can last days or even weeks with proper care. Outdoors, heat, sun, wind, and other weather conditions can cause balloons to degrade more quickly, so we recommend scheduling delivery as close to your event start time as possible.

Yes, but weather impacts balloon decor. Heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight can shorten balloon life and affect appearance. We recommend shaded or sheltered setups whenever possible for outdoor events.

Yes! We stock a wide variety of colors and can special order when needed. While we strive for exact matches, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, manufacturing variations, or digital images. Pick your favorite Party Package to get started.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your event. For current rates for Balloon Decor, please see our Individual Items, Party Packages, and Corporate Packages pages.

All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the retainer. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit all payments. Date changes may be possible if our schedule allows.

For outdoor events, we’ll work with you to adjust setup times, move the decor indoors, or reschedule if needed. Weather-related cancellations follow our standard cancellation policy.
